Information for Pride of Africa Foods trade customers

Information we collect

We use business identity, contact, account, delivery, billing, order and support information needed to register customers and provide the wholesale service.

How information is used

Information is used for account approval, catalogue access, orders, payment, fulfilment, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, legal obligations and service improvement.

Stock waitlist notices

If you ask for an out-of-stock product notice, we record the product SKU, required email, consent wording and version, and consent time so we can send one transactional notice when genuine stock returns. A mobile channel is used only when a configured channel is offered and you explicitly select it. You can unsubscribe at any time. Preview requests are saved for testing but notifications are suppressed. Active requests expire after 180 days, and contact details are redacted within 30 days after a request is notified, unsubscribed or expires. A waitlist request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Sharing information

Information is shared only with authorised S&T personnel and service providers that support payment, hosting, communications and delivery, subject to appropriate controls.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as needed for operational, contractual, tax and legal purposes. Access is restricted and important actions are auditable.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, restriction or deletion where the law allows, and may object to certain processing. Contact the business with enough information to identify the account and request.
